How to measure
Body measuring guide showing chest, waist, hips and inseam. Text instructions follow below.

View larger measuring guide (opens in a new tab)

Body measurements: Measure around your fullest chest, narrowest waist and fullest hips, keeping the tape level. Keep your feet together when measuring hips. Measure body inseam from crotch to floor. Keep the tape snug without pulling tight.

Using the size charts: The illustration shows body measurements; the charts above list garment measurements. Compare the chart with a similar garment you own, measured without stretching.

For Varsity Edit chest, relaxed waist and hip, measure straight across and double. For garment charts labeled Width, measure straight across without doubling. For adidas body charts, measure around your body. For length, measure from the shoulder beside the neck to the hem. Measure sleeve from center back across the shoulder to sleeve hem, and garment inseam from crotch seam to leg hem.

Use the chart for your exact item and check its measurement units. Check the product page for available sizes. Need a hand? Contact us.
